How long have you been doing what you do and how did you become a wedding planner?

Over ten years ago, after working as an Event Planner for a Bay Area Special Events Facility, I found my calling when hard economic times caused layoffs, soThe Wedding Elements was born. While I enjoyed planning events, I absolutley loved planning weddings.

As I worked with dozens, and dozens of brides and their families, I found that people are either at their best or at their worst depending on their stress levels, I saw a need to provide a wedding planning company to to allow me the oppurtunity to assist help brides, grooms and their families with the complicated wedding planning process.

We love your services and portfolio, everything sounds fantastic. So, can you tell me what sets you apart for the other wedding planners in Hattiesburg?

The Wedding Elements is a full service, full-time wedding planning company, based in Hattiesburg, MS. We do not have another "day job" that you'll have to worry about not having us to respond to your questions, concerns or desires in a timely manner. We will always get back to you and you are always a priority for us because we only work with a limited number of brides per year.

We will match vendors to your wedding planning needs, loves and personality. Hiring our company means not having to do the traditional "yellow pages" search. A wedding planner who offers a guarantee of three or more vendors in each category for your wedding planning, we're secure in our ability to properly match you to the right vendor. We take the time and sincere thought when finding your vendor match who will complement your wedding needs.

We know that every wedding is different..... meaning that they are customized to the couples, not to what we love or to what our tastes are. It's not about us - it's about you. We are not like other wedding planners who are trying to recreate their own dream wedding days. We have passion for planning weddings, which will be obvious in our work and conversations. We all need suppport, love and feedback and we are that and more for our couples and families, and you will always know that!

Will I lose control of my wedding if you are planning it?

No, of course not. A bad wedding planner i one who takes the control away from you. That is not the point of wedding planning. The point is being an extension of who you are and of your creativity. You are the focus of your wedding and it's totally your day. We're just here to help your fully explore your potential and fully realize your dreams in ways that you never even realized!

Who do you work best with?

You will benefit from working with us if you want your dream wedding, but don't have time, resources or simply don't know where to begin. If you know what you want or are unclear where to begin, that's okay. You are the perfect client.

This all sounds so wonderful! But, also expensive, are we going to be able to afford this?

It take's an average of 400 hours to plan a wedding. That's TEN 40-hour work weeks. YIKES! That's kinda ridiculous, and who has time for that? It's not just about that. we've had many clients tell us how much time, money and energy they've saved working with us. Plus, dozens who've decided we're "too expensive" to work with, but came back to let us know how their budget tripled or quadrupled and the worst of all they didn't even come close to what they wanted. We'll that hurt my heart, and I don't want that to happen to you too.

So, really think about what your dream wedding looks like and means to you . . . . seriously. And, call us for your complemintary "get acquainted" consultaiton so that we can really talk about your dreams and how we can create them together. It doesn't soiund that expensive now, does it?

Who is not going to benifit from our services?

Please know that we are absolutely delighted in assisting couples and their families create your dream wedding day, but we have to be a match for one another, if we're going to create the most amazing day your dreaming of.

So, if you're a chronic skeptic, and don't understand the value of having a wedding planner or having trouble seeing that you deserve the most fabulous wedding possible, this is not going to be a good fit.

It's absolutely OK if you think that you're in this category, but you need to do some soul-searching before we get started. Otherwise we won't be able to assist you the way you deserve. You absolutely must know that your are deserving of the gifts that are there for you before you can receive them.
